Tilak Raj Thakur joined Salisa Foundation to bring grassroots leadership and a deep understanding of Himachal Pradesh's communities to the Foundation's mission. He believes that students in the state's rural and hill regions have talent that often goes unrealised simply because families cannot afford the next step in education. As President, he works directly with colleges, local stakeholders, and families to ensure that every deserving student finds a clear path to higher education and a self-reliant future.
